SFR Adult Retreat Pass (Age 18+)

The Adult Retreat Pass (age 18+) covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Checkout is Monday 6/5 at noon. Additional nights camping is available on Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 more for adults.
Price will be $260 after April 1, 2023.
SFR Teen Retreat Pass (Age 13-17)

The Teen Retreat Pass (age 13-17) covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Checkout is Monday 6/5 at noon. Additional nights camping is available on Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 more for adults.
Price will be $200 after April 1, 2023.
SFR Child Retreat Pass (Ages 3-12)

The Child Retreat Pass (age 3-12) is available with an Adult Retreat Pass only and covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Additional nights camping for children with an adult is free. Price will be $40 after April 1, 2023.
SFR Day Pass (Age 15+)
$50.00
The Day Pass (ages 15+) covers entry and participation in all activities for any one day (Fri 6/2, Sat 6/3 or Sun 6/4) and includes lunch and dinner meals. Kids 14 and under are free with a day pass. Price will be $50 after April 1, 2023.
SFR Extra Camping Nights
$25.00
Extra nights camping is available for Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 per person. Children 12 and under can camp additional nights with an adult for free.
Brooms & Dreams Workshop with Tula

BROOMS & DREAMS WORKSHOP with Tula - COST: $30 per person for materials
Sunday June 4, 2023 from 10:45am – 3:15pm
This workshop takes place at the Sasquatch Family Reunion located at the Locust Grove Group Camp in Kettle Falls, WA.
Learn the enchanted old Appalachian way to make brooms and activate your soul dreams. The workshop begins with a sound healing session followed by a dream circle.
Everyone will create their own broom while weaving their dreams, prayers and sacred songs into their creation. You will also learn some history about broom-making from around the world.
If you are not camping at the event, a Sunday day pass for the Sasquatch Family Reunion is an additional $30 for participants of the Brooms & Dreams Workshop which includes lunch and dinner and all activities and playshops until 10pm.
Donation to Sacred Spirit Gatherings

The Children of Earth Coalition accepts donations that help fund the rentals/reservations, equipment, meals, travel fees and other considerations to host all Sacred Spirit Gatherings.
