2023 SASQUATCH FAMILY REUNION CAMPOUT
The eighth annual Sasquatch Family Reunion campout is Thursday, June 1st through Monday June 5th, 2023 in Kettle Falls, WA. This four-day global gathering and retreat includes group activities like sharing circles, work/playshops, ceremonies and meditations, music/song circles, trade and barter circles, community meals, and many opportunities to heal, learn and socialize with kindred spirits. There are many places and spaces to commune with nature and our Sasquatch Elders and Star Family.
The Sasquatch Family Reunion and other Sacred Spirit gatherings supports a spiritual and ecological approach to healing ourselves, our planet, and our collective consciousness. We are all children of Mother Earth, together co-creating peace and compassion for all living beings. Our group activity facilitators will share their personal experiences with multidimensional beings as well as knowledge and wisdom to assist in learning Universal truths, healing ourselves and relationships, integrating polarities and assist in conscious co-creation.
LOCATION
The location of the 2023 Sasquatch Family Reunion is in Kettle Falls, WA at a group campsite at a public national recreational area on Lake Roosevelt. The exact location will be shared with guests upon ticket purchase or prior communication with the organizer, Kelly Butterfly. The venue has space for 100 guests in tents, RVs and vehicles. There are no hookups available for RVs but there are a few water pumps and electrical power outlets at the pavilion/kitchen to use for things like charging phones, crock pots, radio, etc. The group camp has pit toilets only and they will be cleaned and restocked daily. Flush toilets, sinks and outdoor showers are available within a half mile. The group camp also has two large fire pits, a couple dozen picnic benches, hiking trails and access to swimming.

MEALS
Community meals are available Thursday afternoon (6/1) through Sunday evening (6/4). Coffee/Tea and continental breakfast are available in mornings. Lunch and Dinner meals are organic and cooked on site and will have a variety of foods available, always with vegetarian and meat options. Food donations and potluck dishes are always welcome in the Community Kitchen as well.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own favorite foods and snacks for personal use. Please bring your own dishes/utensils if possible but if you are unable to, they are provided. Reusable drinking containers are encouraged. We ask that everyone wash their own dishes in the community kitchen to minimize trash. Dispose of trash properly and pack in/pack out as much as you can personally.
OFFERINGS
Guests are welcome to bring items or offer services for trade or other agreed upon form of energy exchange. Setup can be at your camp or a designated area if you are not camping. There will be scheduled times to offer services to guests. There are no vendor passes, just a day pass or full retreat pass. Some services regularly offered are tarot and astrology readings, body work, drum journey, spiritual or energy tools, crystals, art, and books written by guests. We encourage gifting and bartering and will also have a trade blanket ceremony in the evening to exchange special items. If you would like to participate in the trade blanket, bring some items that would be nice for exchange with others like handmade or wild-crafted items for example.

Early Registration prices are available until April 1, 2023. 75% refunds are available through May 15th.
- ADULT RETREAT PASS – $222 ($260 after April 1st)
The Adult Retreat Pass (age 18+) covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Checkout is Monday 6/5 at noon. Additional nights camping is available on Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 more for adults. Price will be $260 after April 1, 2023.
- TEEN RETREAT PASS - $160 ($200 after April 1st)
The Teen Retreat Pass (age 13-17) covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Checkout is Monday 6/5 at noon. Additional nights camping is available on Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 more for adults. Price will be $200 after April 1, 2023.
- CHILD RETREAT PASS - $30 ($40 after April 1st)
The Child Retreat Pass (age 3-12) is available with an Adult Retreat Pass only and covers entry and participation in all activities as well as camping for Thursday 6/1 through Sunday 6/4 and meals for Thursday evening through Sunday evening. Additional nights camping for children with an adult is free. Price will be $40 after April 1, 2023.
- DAY PASS - $40 ($50 after April 1st)
The Day Pass (ages 15+) covers entry and participation in all activities for any one day (Fri 6/2, Sat 6/3 or Sun 6/4) and includes lunch and dinner meals. Kids 14 and under are free with a day pass. Price will be $50 after April 1, 2023.
- EXTRA CAMPING NIGHTS - $25 per night
Extra nights camping is available for Monday 6/5 and Tuesday 6/6 for $25 per person. Children 12 and under can camp additional nights with an adult for free.
WHAT TO BRING
It’s best to be as self-sustaining as possible, so whatever camping gear and supplies you can bring would be helpful. Many guests are flying in from out of state and cannot conveniently bring camping gear, so if you have any extras to loan to others, it would be appreciated. Needed items are tents, canopies, sleeping bags, beds, bedding, etc.
A few must-haves as a reminder are flashlights, batteries, blankets, your own dishes (plate, bowl, cup, and utensils), firewood, snacks, musical instruments, items to barter/trade, materials for workshops like notebook and pen, and we gladly welcome and encourage anything that makes you unique… costumes included! We love to learn what tools and tricks you use to assist you in your enlightening journey and you’re welcome to “show and tell” in our sharing circles.

ALTERNATIVES
For those that are unable to camp, there are a few nearby locations to stay. The closest motel is The Columbia Point Resort and the Kettle Falls Inn, both in Kettle Falls. There is also the Blue Moose Cabins which have 3 full cabins – The Bear Room, The Moose Room and The SASQUATCH Room! Colville is the next closest town, about a 15-20 minute drive from the reunion location where there is a Walmart, several grocery stores and three larger motels: Comfort Inn, Bennys Colville Inn and Selkirk Motel.
There is a wonderful natural market in Kettle Falls called Meyers Falls Market that I recommend for your food, sanitation, and herbal medicinal needs (and be sure to check out the antique store next to it!), especially if you are looking for the healthiest options.

2022 Sasquatch Family Reunion
Thank you everyone for your presence and participation at the 2022 Sasquatch Family Reunion! This gathering was so special and integrative in so many ways. The weather presented a challenge but the rains were cleansing and healing for our minds, bodies, souls and for the Earth and all her inhabitants. I am so grateful to all of you for supporting this gathering and our whole soul tribe and community with your love, positive energy and offerings. All of your efforts to be in service and to help build, clean, cook, prep, shelter, sort, load and unload and manage different aspects of this gathering are greatly appreciated and what these commUNITY gatherings are truly all about.
